You changed your mind

If you wish to return one or several items form your order, you have 15 days from the day you received your order to request a refund (sales items and second choice items are not elligible).

Please note that you will have to pay for shipping fees.

Item(s) must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Purchase proof will also be requested.

First send us an e-mail at hello@studio-annette.com or use the contact form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the details about shipping back your item(s).

You must wait to get an e-mail from us accepting your return prior to shipping back your items, otherwise refund won’t be accepted.

You wish to exchange one or several items from your order

Request a refund and then place a new order.

Your item(s) were damaged during shipping

If, despite careful packaging of your order, your item(s) arrived damaged, send us an e-mail at hello@studio-annette.com including your order number and pictures of the parcel and damaged item(s) so we can exchange your item(s) (or refund in case of a sold out item)
